• Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must have allowed us the opportunity to perform a re-repair as per our 90-day warranty policy.
• Refund Amount: If, after the re-repair, you remain unhappy with the service, we will refund up to 100% of the original service amount. This percentage accounts for the initial service visit, diagnostic work, and technician's time.
